  About OeKB Financial Services d.o.o. 

OeKB Financial Services d.o.o. was founded in 2007 by Oesterreichische Kontrollbank AG (OeKB) together with Export Credit and Insurance Agency of the Republic of Serbia j.s.c. (AOFI). The company with seat in Belgrade was registered on 28th September 2007. 

AOFI holds 49% and OeKB – via their specialized affiliate OeKB South Eastern Europe Holding Ltd. (OSEE) – 51% of the new company.
